New Air warranties are limited to a period of 1 year, 2 years or 3 years from the date of original installation or 15 months, 27 months or 39 months after shipment date from New Air whichever occurs first. Misuse is determined on a case by case basis, but the most common occurrences happen when operating equipment outdoors, in a residential area or with improper electrical connections.
Any parts covered under this warranty that are determined by New Air to have been defective are limited to: repair & replacement, including labour charges, of all defective parts or assemblies.
Yes, all compressors are covered for a maximum of 5 years and there is no extended warranty available past this date. Please read our full warranty
Yes, an authorization number provided by New Air Refrigeration is mandatory for all repairs and returns in order to reimburse shipping and labour costs. Important: Do not attempt to return an item to New Air Refrigeration without an authorization number.
